Notice of Infringement – Claim

4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you have the option to provide a counter notification to seek restoration. The notification should include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
3. A statement asserting good faith belief in the mistaken removal;
4. Your name, address, and consent for jurisdiction in legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
